We develop classic training programs that emphasize experiential learning based on the KOLB model. According to the needs, the programs will include a combination of interactive tools, job aids, and theoretical and practical exercises. The development includes research by content experts, understanding of the target audience with an emphasis on their needs, and understanding the means and limitations available to us.
The programs can be adapted for face-to-face delivery or for remote learning using software such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc. The development will change and be adapted to the platform accordingly.

אנחנו מפתחים מערכי הדרכה קלאסיים ששמים דגש על למידה התנסותית עפ״י המודל של KOLB . בהתאם לצורך, המערכים יכללו שילוב של כלים אינטראקטיביים, עזרי עבודה (Job Aid) וכן תרגול עיוני ומעשי. הפיתוח כולל תחקור של מומחי תוכן, היכרות עם קהל היעד בדגש על הצורך שלו והבנת האמצעים והמגבלות העומדים לרשותינו. המערכים יכולים להיות מותאמים להעברה פרונטלית או ללמידה מרחוק באמצעות תוכנות כגון Zoom, Teams, Webex וכד׳ ובהתאם הפיתוח ישתנה ויותאם לפלטפורמה.
העיצוב הוא שייקבע במידה מסוימת עד כמה קריאת התוכן תהיה נעימה ותזמין את הקוראים להמשיך לקרוא. אנחנו מעצבים מצגות, חוברות, אינפוגרפיקות, לוגו ואריזות מיתוגיות. כמובן שבכלל העיצובים שלנו אנחנו שומרים על נגישות לאנשים עם מוגבלות ועומדים בתקנים הממשלתיים בכל הקשור לעיצוב מסמכים.
