Training Specialist

Job Description:

  • Operational management of training sessions at the organization’s training campus.
  • Administrative support for all stages of planning and execution of all training programs and activities.
  • Coordination of training sessions, attendance tracking, registration and documentation, identifying personal training courses for employees.
  • Coordination of training sessions with suppliers and trainers.
  • Working with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Administrative tasks – handling invoices and the vendor onboarding process.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a training department or training roles in military service – an advantage.
  • Administrative skills: organization, order, and technological orientation.
  • High service awareness, assertiveness, and ability to handle changing situations.
  • Ability to work under multiple tasks.
  • Excellent proficiency in all OFFICE applications – mandatory.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Responsibility, precision, and attention to detail – mandatory.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) – an advantage.
  • Responsibility and proactive mindset.
  • Social skills and ability to work in a team – mandatory.
