‘We are looking for a Technical Learning Designer to join our fast-growing Customer Training team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and develop a world-class customer training.

You will develop new product training deliverables (self-paced, online, and in-person), work closely with our community, customers and partners, build value-driven learning programs and guidance throughout their JFrog journey. Within JFrog, you will be working closely with JFrog’s professional service teams, solution experts, marketing, customer success, and product managers.

As a Technical Learning Designer in JFrog you will… 
  • Design and Develop learning deliverables which address business needs and learning objectives for technical products
  • Develop best in class customer facing training solutions (E-learning, micro learning, video, podcasts, webinars)  for JFrog platform
  • Design customer training programs for new training offerings, including self-paced training, certification programs, and post-onboarding training to meet JFrog customers needs and challenges in the DevOps ever changing landscape
  • Lead end to end customer training projects to increase product adoption, from needs analysis to full implementation
  • Collaborate with SME’s to gather content and translate complex concepts into clear, interactive learning materials
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders such as – Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Product teams to drive new training courses and update existing content
  • Deliver training for customers (enrollment, registration, virtual labs, technical setup, account/contact management, feedback)
  • Content management via Learning Management System (LMS) per project
  • Monitor metrics to gauge the effectiveness of customer training programs
To be a Technical Learning Designer in JFrog you need…
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design or related field – Advantage
  • 10+ years of Hands-on instructional design experience, developing interactive customer facing training deliverables
  • 5+ years as Training project manager from global technical organizations
  • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories
  • Proven track record of content development with diverse tools such as vyond, Articulate 360, Adobe etc
  • Strong understanding of software products and the tech industry, technical orientation
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
  • Great interpersonal and customer service-oriented skills
  • Idepanded, high degree of personal accountability, agile with planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to work across and coordinate with people in multiple time zones
  • Highly adaptive and open to changes as the organization grows and its needs evolve
  • Sense of urgency, a metric-based approach to anything that matters, a strong bias for action
