Our L&D-OD Department at Lightricks plays a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Our team is in charge of initiating, designing, rolling out, and overseeing training and development programs across the organization. We collaborate with both our extended HR team and key stakeholders across the company and the entire company, ensuring that our learning strategies are integrated and effective.
In this role, you will take full ownership of L&D initiatives for our tech teams, with a strong emphasis on AI adaptation, knowledge management, and leadership training. You will work closely with the CTO and senior tech leadership to implement structured training programs and workshops, ensuring our tech teams stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
What you will be doing
- Lead L&D initiatives for tech teams, focusing on AI adaptation and knowledge management.
- Lead our efforts to achieve the adoption of AI tools and mindset across the tech department.
- Organize hiring workshops and developer training courses for various tech guilds.
- Lead adoption & implementation of a tech knowledge management system.
- Support HR-led initiatives, including management training and growth programs.
- Collaborate with Tech VPs and leadership to identify and address learning needs.
- Organize structured learning sessions, including DevSems and data workshops.
Your Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in L&D within a high-tech environment, with a strong focus on R&D teams.
- Experience working closely with senior management and technical leadership.
- Proven experience designing and implementing impactful learning solutions for technical roles.
- Strong ability to facilitate and lead engaging training sessions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in OD methodologies and instructional design principles.
- High proficiency in English and the ability to operate in a global work environment.
- Experience with AI-focused training initiatives – advantage.
- Experience working with knowledge management platforms.
