Description and requirements

As a Learning Manager at JobTestPrep, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team dedicated to creating and refining psychometric, personality, behavioural tests and games. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional training and guidance to understand these assessments thoroughly, achieve high scores, and progress through the hiring process seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of content creators and subject matter experts (psychometricians, psychologists) responsible for developing and maintaining our assessments and preparation tools.
  • Oversee the creation, validation, and continuous improvement of psychometric, personality, behavioural tests, and interactive games.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align learning content with customer needs and market demands.
  • Analyze user feedback, market trends, and assessment performance data to drive content strategy and product enhancements.
  • Lead efforts to innovate and develop new learning methodologies and tools to enhance customer learning outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal – Must!
  • Proven experience in managing teams involved in the development of psychometric, personality, and behavioural assessments or educational content.
  • Experience in project management, including resource allocation, scheduling, stakeholder management, and working in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for education, learning, and helping individuals achieve career success through effective assessment preparation.
  • A high score on the psychometric exam.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
  • Strong understanding of assessment methodologies, test design principles, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in the HR technology industry or working with assessment tools and platforms.
