As a Training and Education Manager at Commbox, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of Commbox employees and customers out of our product. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design effective training materials, and deliver engaging and informative training sessions. The Training Manager will also evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to our training programs.
Content Development And Certification Specialists
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs across the organization, customers and Partners .
- Training Program Development: Create and implement training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods, tailored to meet specific departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive learning content, including written materials, multimedia elements, and instructional videos.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning, to accommodate different learning styles and locations.
- Implement LMS system to be utilize for both internal and external needs
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Design and develop effective assessments and quizzes to evaluate learners’ understanding and knowledge retention.
- Package course resources in visually appealing and user-friendly formats, utilizing appropriate templates and graphic design elements.
- Set up and configure courses within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless navigation and functionality.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative training techniques to enhance our training programs continually.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Training Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a Saas company.
- experience in content development with a focus on creative packaging and presenting engaging materials within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, learning styles, and instructional design principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and other training tools.
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, design effective programs, and measure training outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, technologies, and tools independently.
