As our first Learning & Development Specialist, you will design and implement impactful learning programs that enhance personal development, drive engagement, and align with our business goals. This role reports directly to the local HRBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global Organizational Development (OD) and learning initiatives, including leadership programs, talent development and employee career progression plans
- Lead our personal development program (SilverGrow) alongside other learning solutions, such as e-learning, in-person, and virtual sessions, tailored to individual and organizational needs
- Implement and administer a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to support our growth and development of our employees
- Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and OD initiatives, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps, promote employee development, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role
- Proven experience in building global processes and managing OD initiatives
- Hands-on experience with implementing and managing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with adaptability and creativity in addressing challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, or a related field
